I think they weren't expecting the that kind of positive reception that they got when they revealed it and I am sure they are investing more time into it to make sure that it is a gem instead of a glorified tech demo.

I think this is beyond anything that the PSN Store has ever been through. I am confident that the other companies have had tens of millions across the world trying to access their online stores to get two free games.

I agree that he is a toolbag. I like how it states that it exceeds the limit of 3 flashes per second. Now imagine if he was flying an F-18 and something caused flashes exceeding 3 per second, wouldn't he also be at risk of having a seizure?
EDIT: Also, can anyone confirm whether or not Oblivion has the seizure warning in the beginning of them game?
